Use of the App

GeoFit is an educational geography app that provides country comparisons, statistics, and quiz games. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Data Accuracy

Geographic data displayed in GeoFit is sourced from publicly available APIs including REST Countries and the World Bank. While we strive for accuracy, data may not always be current or complete. The app should not be used as a sole reference for critical decisions.

Subscriptions

• GeoFit offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and a Lifetime purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Intellectual Property

The GeoFit app, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of the developer. Country data and flag emojis are sourced from public domain and standard Unicode.

Limitation of Liability

GeoFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
