GeoFit ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

GeoFit collects and stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Comparison history — countries and cities you have compared
• Favorites — comparisons you have saved
• Quiz scores and streaks — your game performance statistics
• App preferences — your settings and daily challenge progress

All of this data is stored using Apple's UserDefaults framework and never leaves your device.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not create user accounts or require sign-in

Third-Party APIs

GeoFit fetches publicly available geographic data from the following free APIs:

• REST Countries API — country names, populations, areas, and flags
• World Bank API — economic and social indicators (GDP, life expectancy, etc.)

These requests are made directly from your device to the API servers. No personal data is sent with these requests.

In-App Purchases

GeoFit offers optional premium subscriptions processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

GeoFit does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is educational in nature and suitable for all ages.

Data Deletion

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by using the "Clear All" button in the Profile tab, or by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
